New Employer Requirements from 6 May 2019

All Employers must organise written employment contracts for their employees - otherwise it's an offence with an infringement fine of $1,000.00 applying. This new rule comes into force from 6 May 2019 (s65(1)(a) of the Employment Relations Act 2000).
